Marinde Boissevain has been a assigned civil -law notary since the 1st of July 2021 and she is also the co-founder of Hartman LMH.<\/p>\n
She started as a notary-candidate the 1st of December 2003.<\/p>\n
Marinde Boissevain studied notarial law at the University of Leiden from 1998 to 2003 and subsequently started as notary-candidate at Boekel de Neree Law Firm. In September 2004 she began the compulsory professional study programme for Notarial law, completing these in June 2007. In autumn 2007 she took her oath as a qualified candidate notary. From September 2008 she began the specialized Real Estate course (Grotius Onroerend Goed specialisatieopleiding), successfully completing this in June 2009. Marinde keeps her knowledge and specialization up to date by several memberships such as the VJOJ (Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers) and Dutch Women in Real Estate (DWIRE) and by attending relevant courses and seminars.<\/p>\n
Marinde is specialized in setting up and advising on real estate projects such as urban redevelopment. Amongst others, her skills include the division of apartment rights and the legal transfer of commercial real estate ownership. For each client the fiscal concerns are closely monitored, advice being given on both VAT and transfer tax (stamp duty) issues.<\/p>\n
